The trial court properly denied plaintiffs' petition for writ of mandate challenging defendant-county's certification of an environmental impact report (EIR) regarding a proposed solar power development in the area and defendant-county's cancellations of Williamson Act contracts, where there was no error with the defendant-county's: 1) certification of the EIR; or 2) cancellation of the Williamson Act contracts.
