California Court of Appeal

In re John M., B243107

Dependency court's jurisdictional and dispositional order denying father custody of his son is affirmed, where: 1) sufficient evidence supports the jurisdictional findings against father; 2) father did not raise the possibility of son's placement with him in dependency court so he forfeited this argument; and 3) on the merits, father was not entitled to consideration under Welfare and Institutions Code section 361.2 because he was neither nonoffending nor noncustodial.
