Summary judgment for defendants, a pacemaker supplier and an employee who was present during the procedure implanting the pacemaker, in plaintiffs' action for wrongful death as a result of defendants' negligence, is affirmed, where: 1) plaintiffs had an adequate opportunity to conduct discovery before opposing the motion for summary judgment; 2) the trial court properly concluded defendants met their burden of proof; and 3) the trial court properly concluded plaintiffs did not raise a triable issue of material fact.
