Judgment declaring father's minor daughter a dependent of the juvenile court under Welfare and Institutions Code1 section 300(b), and removing T.V. from his custody is affirmed, where: 1) the allegation of the facts in this case involving domestic violence was sufficient to withstand a challenge to the legal sufficiency of the petition; 2) here, the evidence showed the minor was clearly aware of her parents' domestic violence, and thus, she was at substantial risk of harm; and 3) substantial evidence supports the court's jurisdictional findings and dispositional order.
