The trial court properly denied plaintiff's petition for a writ of administrative, where: 1) Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.5 does not apply in this matter in that plaintiff was not entitled to an evidentiary hearing before he was dismissed from Orange County High School; and 2) defendant did not abuse its discretion in affirming plaintiff's dismissal from Orange County High School because the decision was supported by the evidence and was not arbitrary or capricious.
