Defendants' convictions for possessing marijuana for sale and related charges are affirmed, where: 1) there was no evidence to raise a reasonable doubt whether the collective operated for profit or was otherwise lawful; and thus, 2) the defense provided by the Medical Marijuana Program for qualified patients who associate to collectively or cooperatively cultivate medical marijuana, did not apply.
