Trial court's judgment that proceeds from the sale of real property that was part of the estate were subject to a subject to a stipulated court order that required real property jointly owned by decedent and his wife be sold to satisfy their statutory obligation to remediate and close a solid waste landfill that decedent and his wife owned and operated, is affirmed, where: 1) the trial court had inherent authority to enforce the Remediation Order regardless of whether respondents had standing to compel its enforcement; and 2) because respondents were asking the trial court to enforce a prior court order, they were not required to file a claim under Probate Code section 9100 and if they were, petitioners would be estopped from making that argument.
