In re Nadia G., B243392

Juvenile court's order terminating jurisdiction over a non-minor dependent who had reached the age of 18, is reversed, where: 1) the record supports the court's findings that the dependent was not participating in a transitional independent living case plan, one of the grounds for terminating jurisdiction; however, 2) although ordered by the court to comply with the requirements of Welfare and Institutions Code section 391, the Department of Children and Family Services failed to file a section 391 report, and as such, jurisdiction is premature and may not be terminated yet.
