The trial court's denial of class certification in a wage and hour action is reversed, where: 1) insufficient evidence supports the trial court's ruling, as common issues predominate over individual issues; 2) defendant was required to separately compensate for rest periods and was precluded from building compensation into its mileage rates for rest periods; and 3) plaintiff in fact alleged a common injury resulting from the alleged inadequate wage statements.
