People v. Lewis, E055569

Judgment imposing a sentence of 25 years to life on defendant is remanded for resentencing, where: 1) Penal Code section 654 bars imposition of unstayed sentences on the counts for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and for receiving stolen property, consisting solely of the same firearm; and 2) defendant must be sentenced under the Three Strikes Reform Act of 2012 because it applies to defendants whose judgments were not yet final on the effective date of the Reform Act.
