Judgment imposing sanctions on husband in dissolution action are: 1) reversed as to the sanction awarding wife the undisclosed asset imposed under Family code section 1101, because this statutory remedy applies only to the nondisclosure of a community property asset, and it does not apply to the nondisclosure of a separate property asset, as was the case here; and 2) remanded for the trial court to determine whether to alter the total sanctions awarded under Family Code sections 2107 and 271.
