California Court of Appeal

People v. Harrison, A132915

Convictions for sex offenses in connection with attacks on four women are affirmed, where: 1) the trial court had no duty to inform defendant of his option to request advisory counsel after it granted his request to represent himself; and 2) none of the alleged errors defendant identifies demonstrates that his counsel's performance fell below an objective standard of reasonableness or undermines the Court's confidence in the outcome of the trial.
