The trial court properly granted defendant's motion to transfer venue of this breach of contract action from San Diego County to Orange County, because the venue selection clause in the parties' contract selects one of the statutorily permissible counties under Code of Civil Procedure section 395.5, and therefore plaintiff's petition for writ of mandate challenging the transfer is denied.
