California Court of Appeal
Lister v. Bowen, A134290
Trial court's order renewing a restraining order against defendant for three additional years is affirmed, where: 1) the appeal is timely; but 2) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in finding that plaintiff had a reasonable apprehension of future abuse; and 3) the restraining order is not unconstitutionally overbroad.
