Sentencing enhancement under Penal Code section 12022.6(a)(2) for convictions of unlawfully taking a vehicle, grand theft of personal property and related charges is affirmed, where: 1) the calculation of aggregate losses should not include lost income or profits and should only include the value of the property taken, damaged, or destroyed; but 2) there is sufficient evidence to support the jury's finding that the victims' aggregate losses exceeded $200,000 nonetheless.
