Defendant's conviction for first-degree murder is affirmed, where: 1) jurors are not required to agree on the same theory of liability; 2) the People's request for an aiding and abetting instruction did not deprive defendant of his right to counsel and the People were not required to name the killer to give the instruction; and 3) defendant's remaining arguments lack merit.
