Trial court's order dismissing the restitution fines originally imposed on defendant, following the successful completion of her court-ordered drug treatment program, is affirmed, where: 1) the state's claim is not forfeited; but 2) the trial court could properly suspend or dismiss the restitution fines in the context of drug court early termination of probation; and 3) here, the suspension or dismissal of the unpaid portion of defendant's restitution fines was proper.
