California Court of Appeal

In re T.W., D061960

Juvenile court judgment removing daughter from defendant-parents is: 1) affirmed in part, where substantial evidence supports the court's jurisdictional findings and dispositional order removing the minor from parental custody; and 2) reversed and remanded in part, as to the grant of six more months of reunification services, where the services the parents previously received under Welfare and Institutions section 361.2 did not preclude them from receiving reunification services under section 361.5 when the minor was removed, but the parents have now used up some of their entitlement to services section 361.5, so the matter is remanded to have the juvenile court determine whether to continue or terminate their services under current circumstances.
