People v. Hendrix, C064377

Conviction of resisting an executive officer engaged in the performance of his duty by use of force or violence, is reversed and remanded, where: 1) the trial court erred in admitting evidence of two prior incidents in which defendant unlawfully resisted the police; 2) any probative value the other crimes evidence had was substantially outweighed by its prejudicial effect; and 3) the error was not harmless.
