California Court of Appeal

People v. Lockwood, C067377

Restitution order is affirmed, where: 1) the trial court erred by not releasing to defendant the records the California Victim Compensation and Government Claims Board (Board) used to establish the amount of assistance to be paid on behalf of the victim, pursuant to the court's restitution order; but 2) the error was harmless because the Board's records established that the treatment the victim received, and for which the Board provided reimbursement, resulted from defendant's criminal conduct.
