Determination that defendant is a mentally disordered offender (MDO) is affirmed, where a mental health expert may: 1) rely on reliable hearsay in a probation report in rendering an expert opinion to "force or violence," or a threat thereof at an MDO trial; and 2) refer to and consider the underlying probation report in expressing an opinion that the prisoner is an MDO.
