In published portion of opinion, conviction of felony false personation is reversed, where there was insufficient evidence of a violation of former Penal Code section 529(3) to sustain that conviction because that provision requires more than mere impersonation, it requires proof of an act committed by defendant, while she was in her false role, that might have caused the person she impersonated liability or provided benefit to defendant.
