California Court of Appeal

People v. Delgado, B240880

Felons whose prior records include juvenile adjudications that involve serious or violent felonies may not receive county jail commitments under the Realignment Act because although the Realignment Act is silent about prior juvenile adjudications, under the Three Strikes Law, a prior juvenile adjudication shall constitute a prior felony conviction for purposes of sentence enhancement.
