California Court of Appeal

People v. Superior Court (Karsai), C070719

There is nothing in the Sexually Violent Predator Act that precludes a court from ordering the conditional release of a person committed as an SVP even though no fixed residence has been located for the person before his release, and therefore petition for writ of mandate to prevent defendant's release without a fixed residence is denied.
