Judgment for plaintiff in breach of contract action against defendant-milk marketing and processing cooperative is affirmed where: 1) the quota system adopted by defendant was not equitable and uniform and, therefore, was outside the scope of discretionary authority granted by the contract; and 2) the trial court's calculation of what plaintiff's quota should have been under an equitable and uniform system was consistent with the terms of the contract and the damages awarded were supported by substantial evidence.
