Dependency court's jurisdictional and dispositional orders finding Mother was unable to arrange for her child's care after Mother was arrested and incarcerated on a gang-related offense, and awarding custody to Father, are reversed, where insufficient evidence supports: 1) the court‘s finding of jurisdiction based upon section 300(b); and 2) the removal of child from Mother's custody, where Mother identified two suitable caregivers.
