Dismissal of plaintiff-retirees claims for terminating their university-sponsored group health insurance and shifting responsibility for providing their benefits to a private consortium on demurrer is: 1) reversed in part, where plaintiffs adequately pleaded causes of action for impairment of implied contract, promissory estoppel, equitable estoppel, and declaratory relief; but 2) affirmed in part, on their cause of action for impairment of express contract.
