In employment discrimination action, summary judgment for defendant-employer is affirmed, where: 1) there is no evidence warranting a reasonable inference that plaintiff was actually terminated for being male, 2) that being uncooperative or deceptive in an employer's internal investigation is not a protected activity under state or federal law; and 3) that defendant's statements to its employees about plaintiff's termination were conditionally privileged.
