In probate proceeding where deceased's daughter challenged his will and trust that made donative transfers to his stepsons, on the ground that stepsons were related to the lawyer who drafted the will and trust, judgment for respondent-stepson is affirmed, where: 1) because the deceased and his stepsons were related by marriage when he executed his will and trust, the trial court correctly concluded that the Probate Code section 21351 (a) exemption applied to his transfers to them; and 2) the trial court therefore properly denied deceased's daughter's petition and admitted the 2009 will to probate.
