In suit alleging sexual assault against defendant employer and employees, order granting plaintiff's special motion to strike defendant-employee's cross-complaint for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress under the Anti-SLAPP statute is affirmed, where: 1) the cross-complaint is within the Anti-SLAPP statute because it involves statements made in, or in connection with matters under review by, an official proceeding or body; 2) defendant failed to show a likelihood of succeeding on the merits for both causes of action; and 3) the alleged defamatory statements would be privileged.
