In challenge to recommitment as a sexually violent predator, judgment is affirmed, where: 1) under People v. McKee (2012) 207 Cal.App.4th 1325 (McKee II) the differences between sexually violent predators as a class and other offenders justify their different treatment under the Sexually Violent Predator Act (SVPA); and 2) defendant's recommitment under the SVPA does not violate his equal protection rights.
