In dependency proceeding, parents appeal of an order, whereby the court assumed jurisdiction over their son based on a risk of serious physical harm, is affirmed, where: 1) the Court had jurisdiction under Welfare and Institutions Code section 300(a) based on physical abuse or the risk thereof, due to documented abuse by the parents of their grandchildren who were living with them and their son; 2) the exercise of jurisdiction is not limited to the scenarios set forth in section 300(a); and 3) there was sufficient evidence for the Court's order.
