In 1983 action by plaintiff father against defendant therapist for reporting her suspicion that plaintiff was sexual abusing his daughters that he claimed was false, the order granting defendant's Anti-SLAPP motion to strike said claim is affirmed, where: 1) the section 1983 claims are based on acts in furtherance of the rights of free speech or petition, specifically actions preparatory to or in anticipation of official proceedings, including an official investigation by child protective services and juvenile dependency proceedings; and 2) plaintiff did not demonstrate a probability of prevailing on the claims.
