In appeal from orders declaring Father's son David a dependent of the court and removing him from Father's custody, the jurisdictional and dispositional orders are reversed and the matter is remanded for retrial where the court applied an incorrect standard in finding that Father's two-year old son is at "substantial risk" of being molested by Father.
