In an action for eminent domain, trial court's grant of the county's motion in limine to exclude the testimony of the defense appraiser is reversed and remanded where: 1) section 822 was not a proper basis for excluding the testimony; and 2) the proffered comparable sales had some tendency in logic to prove the value of the subject property sufficient to make it a jury question, and consequently they are not subject to exclusion under section 816.
