Defendant's conviction for first degree felony murder and sex-related crimes are affirmed where: 1) there was sufficient proof of death by criminal agency; 2) there was substantial evidence of oral copulation and sodomy; 3) defendant's claim that the trial court did not properly instruct on causation is without merit; 4) the trial court did not err in refusing to instruct on the lesser included offense of second degree implied malice murder; and 5) defendant's contention that the trial court violated his Sixth Amendment right to confront witnesses by allowing a nurse to testify about a victim's sexual assault examination conducted by another nurse is without merit.
