California Court of Appeal

People v. Lujan, B231123

In defendant's conviction for second degree murder, child abuse causing death and other related charges, trial court's decision allowing a child witness to testify over a two-way, closed-circuit TV is affirmed where the trial court possessed the inherent authority to permit the use of two-way, closed-circuit TV for a child witness after the necessity for that procedure was demonstrated, even though she was not a victim.
