In plaintiff's suit against Lucasfilm, alleging various causes of action related to her employment, including pregnancy discrimination and wrongful termination, jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff on three of her claims and an award of attorney fees is reversed and vacated where: 1) the trial court erred in several of its jury instructions, and the errors were prejudicial; and 2) any award of attorney fees is premature in this case, and must be vacated.
