California Court of Appeal
People v. Dydouangphan, F062554
In defendant's conviction for voluntary manslaughter, assault with a firearm, and shooting at an occupied vehicle, trial court's imposition of a concurrent term for the voluntary manslaughter conviction, based on the shooting at an occupied vehicle conviction as the principal term, is affirmed where section 654 does not apply to preclude imposition of punishment for a criminal act even where a sentence enhancement was imposed for the same conduct.
