In homeowners' suit to set aside the sale of their home in a nonjudicial foreclosure sale, the trial court's dismissal of the suit is affirmed where: 1) the omission of a trustee does not preclude nonjudicial foreclosure of the deed of trust; and 2) plaintiffs' claims also fail because they do not allege tender of the amounts due under the loan.
