In a conviction of a defendant for stalking her ex-husband, trial court's order that defendant may not have any contact with their daughter for 10 years, subject to the court's subsequent order, is affirmed where a member of the immediate family of a stalking victim who suffers emotional harm is a "victim" for purposes of a post-conviction restraining order.
