A juvenile court's decision declaring a minor a ward of the court, arising from an altercation with a sheriff's deputy and subsequent arrest, is affirmed where: 1) because the court's statement of a maximum term of confinement was made at the jurisdiction hearing, not at the disposition hearing, minor's request to strike the statement is rejected; and 2) minor's argument regarding a probation condition requiring that he submit to blood, breath, or urine tests for the presence of alcohol or controlled substances is also without merit.
