Defendant's conviction for selling methamphetamine is affirmed where: 1) the trial court did not err in refusing to exclude evidence of defendant's reply to an officer in finding that the statement was not the product of interrogation; and 2) although the trial court erred by admitting the evidence from the website under the "published compilation" exception to the hearsay rule, the error was harmless.
