In a conviction of a defendant for assault and battery, trial court's imposition of a prison term of 41 years to life, in finding defendant's two prior Illinois convictions qualified as serious felonies and "strikes," is affirmed where the term "great bodily harm" under Illinois law is synonymous with "great bodily injury" under California law.
