Juvenile court's dispositional order committing a minor defendant to the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Division of Juvenile Facilities (DJF), is reversed and remanded where the defendant was ineligible for a DJF placement because the reference to "the most recent offense alleged in any petition" under Welfare and Institutions Code section 733(c), means the most recently occurring offense, and not to the date the petition if filed and adjudicated.
