California Court of Appeal

People v. Otero, G045246

Defendant's convictions for sex offenses against a child is affirmed where, although the prosecutor's use of a diagram of California to explain proof beyond a reasonable doubt was misconduct, the error was harmless in light of the court's instructions, including the curative instruction given as the result of defendant's objection to the argument and use of the diagram.
