California Court of Appeal

People v. Delgado, F063396

In a conviction of a defendant for domestic violence related offenses, the Attorney General's argument that defendant's appeal of trial court's denial of additional conduct credits should be dismissed pursuant to section 1237.1 is rejected where the statute does not preclude a defendant from raising, as the sole issue on an appeal, a claim his or her presentence custody credits were calculated pursuant to the wrong version of the applicable statute.
