In plaintiff's suit for breach of contract and fraud, as an assignee of the claims, trial court's judgment in favor of the defendants is reversed as to the S&E Stone, Inc. defendant where: 1) substantial evidence did not support the trial court's findings the assignment contract was void; and 2) the assignor absolutely and completely transferred all of its rights to its claims and legal title to plaintiff, and such arrangements are legal in collection cases and do not create an attorney-client relationship between the assignor and the assignee.
