Defendants' convictions for first-degree burglary with a person present and false imprisonment by violence or menace are affirmed, but modified where: 1) substantial evidence supports the convictions of felony false imprisonment and burglary; and 2) the concurrent terms imposed for false imprisonment counts, which was the intended felony underlying the burglary conviction, must be stayed.
