In plaintiff's suit against her former employer for pregnancy discrimination and retaliation in violation of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and wrongful termination, judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff is affirmed where: 1) the trial court did not commit any instructional error; and 2) defendant's challenge to the trial court's order awarding attorney's fees to plaintiff as the prevailing plaintiff under FEHA is without merit.
